    The coat type both are still dachshunds.

    They may be purebred (not pure breed). But, they are badly bred dogs.

    The dogs would be both purebred dachshunds but im not sure if their parents were of different coat types if they would be both.

    As long as they have papers from a LEGIT KC they are purebred. Long and short hairs can be from the same litter.
